Thank you for supporting Leah Vega. Because our books are printed on demand and fulfilled by a third-party printing partner, the following refund policy applies.

1. Print Books (Physical Products)

 

All physical books are printed on demand at the time of purchase.

​

​

Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

 

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement copy at no additional cost
    or

  • A refund to your original payment method

​

Incorrect Shipping Address

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

​

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse

​

Because books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

​

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

Please review book descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

2. Shipping Issues


Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

​

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.

3. Digital Products


All digital sales are final and non-refundable unless the file is defective or inaccessible.
